Marvel announces ‘Werewolf in the Night’, a Halloween special with an aesthetic never seen before in the studio


Release announced for October 7th

THE wonder studies announced during D23 the trailer for the studio’s first Halloween special, this Saturday 10. Werewolf in the night has a premiere scheduled for October 7.

The annual fair of disney revealed novelties in cinema and animation. The preview, with an aesthetic that is completely different from anything MCU already done, you can see below:

The studio also officially announced that production will be directed by Michele Giacchino and will have Gael Garcia Bernal as the protagonist. The first poster of the production was also released:

In the comics, Jack Russell is the eldest son of a Transylvanian baron. After reading a message, Patriarch Gregory activates a secret curse on his family. Sent to the United States with his mother to escape it all, Jack is struck by the curse when he turns 18 and becomes a werewolf. A second incarnation of the character, Jake Gomez, was released last year.
