MCU movie releases follow each other at an alarming rate. It’s been four years since Avengers: Infinity War hit our screens. Do you still remember many details of the movie? That’s what we’re going to test with this eight-question quiz.
After Captain America: The Winter Soldier came out in 2014 and Captain America: Civil War came out two years later, brothers Anthony and Joe Russo are returning behind the camera in 2018 for a new film that brings together the MCU’s rich back catalog: Avengers: Infinity War.
It is the nineteenth feature film of the first cycle of this cinematic universe and the seventh of the third phase. It’s also a crossover that brings together almost every superhero that’s had their own movie, including Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man, and even the Guardians of the Galaxy.
The film begins with Thanos, played by actor Josh Brolin, already having one of the six Infinity Stones – the Power Stone – and then embarking on his quest to obtain the other five in order to have their considerable power. Once united, he can then carry out his plan: to destroy half of the world’s living creatures.
In this introduction we are also in the presence of Thor, Loki and Hulk. Everyone is in a very delicate position against the power of the supervillain. The Hulk is struck, but is sent back to Earth by Heimdall in Extreme, and is then able to warn Doctor Strange of the arrival of Thanos and his Machiavellian plans. Then all the Avengers must come together to thwart this evil creature’s plans.
