After Chanel’s virtuous display in the FOTOGRAMAS Disney song challenge, proving that she can follow the musical thread of such iconic themes in the history of the animation factory as ‘The endless cycle’, ‘Colors in the wind’ or ‘An ideal world’ without disheveled, we have subjected the Eurovision artist and diva to a questionnaire in which he confesses what song Disney would have taken to the festival to represent Spain in Eurovision and what Disney princess would have embroidered in the contest, with the same art and delicacy as her, that ‘SloMo’ turned into the highest score ever achieved by our country in the history of the festival: 459 points and eight heart-stopping twelves.

In addition, aside from other jobs she did with Disney in the past (such as her participation in the musical ‘The Lion King’ on Madrid’s Gran Vía), the brand new Disney Girl answers a series of questions that confirm the close relationship it has always had with the house of the most iconic mouse of the seventh art: What is your favorite Disney song? And the first Disney movie she saw when she was little? Which live-action Disney remake would she like to star in? What is the Disney movie that she has seen the most times in her life? Which movie brings back the best memories of her? Who was (and is) her favorite Disney princess? And the Disney song that she would choose in a karaoke with friends? “It’s Disney. With anything I did with them I would be happy”Chanel told us during the interview she gave on the occasion of her collaboration in the live action from one of the company’s oldest classics, one of the 50 best animated films in Disney history.

After his third place in the last Eurovision Song Contest held in Turin, and after a summer full of uncertainty and without news regarding his professional future, a few days ago, coinciding with the premiere of the live-action remake of ‘Pinocchio’ on Disney+, it was revealed that Chanel would be in charge of giving voice to the main theme of the film: ‘The blue star’, song that was played for the first time in the original version of the 1940 Disney classic and that the animation factory would turn over time into the iconic tune with which they opened all their feature films.

Is this the beginning of a prosperous story of friendship between Chanel and Disney? Will they continue their collaborations and will they voice songs from Disney’s upcoming live-action remakes? like ‘The Little Mermaid’ or ‘Hercules’ confirming herself as a new Disney Girl? If it were up to us, we would give it a 12. That is, yes. Let Chanel sing it.
