On Monday, September 26, everything starts here…
Anais presents her menu to Teyssier, who finds it approachable. The girl also did not appoint posts in her brigade. He wanted to take Livio or Enzo as a second, but the director orders him to choose Salome. Anais has no choice but to resign, despite her turbulent relationship with her best friend.
Lisandro comes to apologize to Anais for his behavior. He admits he was jealous. He also invites her to confide in Mathieu, but he assures her that working on her brother’s recipes will do her good.
Anais’ team arrives and she looks over the recipes. Salome makes suggestions, but the chef sends her away, she asks him to stop challenging her. Salome tries to ease the tension by confessing her sins, but Anais is focused. He advises her to stay away.
Salome is hurt by this situation. Enzo tells Anais to soften up, but she’s annoyed. She looks through Mathieu’s notebook and then comes across a page that excites her. He leaves the kitchen in a hurry, which Charlene finds scandalous. Enzo and Salome tell him to concentrate.
Anais finds David and questions him about the recipe from the notebook that Mathieu seems to have imagined for him. David affirms that his creation began on the day of his death. Anais decides to finish the recipe to honor him even if the testimonials are slim.
She then asks David if he has a video of that day with Matthew, but he says no. Once he’s gone, David searches his computer for a sequence with Matthew…
Anais returns to the kitchen and Charlene criticizes her attitude. Anais apologizes and offers to prepare a new dessert. Charlene revolts, she discovers that this behavior is unprofessional and that the brigade does not have time to think of another recipe.
Charlene pushes him and hammers that Anais doesn’t have the shoulders for this mission. She confirms that her father didn’t want her in the place and that Salome should be in charge of the menu.
Anais is bitten by these attacks and Salome intervenes. He demands that Charlene shut up and that everyone follow Anais’s orders. The latter is approved, and at that moment Lisandro arrives. He sees his girlfriend in trouble, but she assures him that everything is fine.
Salome goes to talk to Rose about her and Anais’ worries. Antoine’s companion wants to know more, but the student explains to him that he cannot talk about the trauma that Anais experienced in his place.
At the end of the day, Charlene goes to Lisandro and tells him exactly what happened earlier: Anais left the team to spend time with David, and that’s unacceptable. Butler is nervous and rushes to review the latter. He advises her not to get too close to Anais because she’s distracting him. If he does not comply, Lisandro will arrange for his release from the Institute.
In the classroom with Luis, Solal condemns the harsh methods of the young teacher. Moreover, he feels that what is taught lacks sophistication. A concerned principal overhears this and Garlanda as Solal has missed practice despite complaining. So Louis asks him to stay at the end of class and start his assignment again.
After the session, a tired Solal falls asleep and is almost late for the next lesson. He meets Claire and she notices how tired he is. Solal condemns Louis and the principal decides to pass on the information: his son is pushing the students too much.
Claire tips off Louis’ methods to Tessier and Antoine. The latter protects Louis. He admits to being clumsy, but points out that he wants to deliver and do well. Instead, he advises her to calm Claire’s son’s fervor.
Tessier wants to do just that. He threatens Louis to fire him if he doesn’t stop behaving like this with the students. Emmanuel asks the future son-in-law to explain. He excuses himself by saying that Solal was rude and incompetent… Despite everything, the pastry chef promises him that if he does it again, he will be fired.
Kelly asks Leticia if Tony is her father. He answers no and repeats that his parent’s name is Thomas. However, Lionel’s girlfriend is sure that the dates do not agree with his mother’s version. Laetitia claims that Tony was only a passing love, with whom she took precautions. She also mentions that if Tony was really her father, he would have come to her when Thomas abandoned them.
Kelly remains skeptical. Then he finds Lionel and stays on the story. He is convinced that Laetitia is lying to keep it just for herself. Except Kelly really wants to know who her father is today.
So he goes to see Tony and offers to take a paternity test. He is surprised, but agrees. However, he fears that he will be disappointed if she is the one he is looking for. He later joins Laetitia and informs her that she has tested Kelly. Guillaume’s ex takes a bad look at him and accuses him of acting behind his back. He is angry.
