A time shift requires several characters from House of Dragons to switch interpreters for the sixth episode of the series, which is designed as a distant prequel to Game of Thrones. First of all, Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen – previously played by Millie Alcock – and now played by Emma D’Arcy.
Although the young Australian actress managed to win the hearts of viewers in the space of the first five episodes of the show, it was safe to say that some kind of pressure rested on Emma D’Arcy’s shoulders when it came to the next generation. The main role in the series.
But judging by the reactions posted by netizens on social media, the challenge seems to have been met with plenty, a finding that also applies to Olivia Cooke, Queen Alicent’s new interpreter in place of actress Emily Carrey.
My take on the #HouseOfTheDragon episode:
The best episode of the series is unimaginable perfection.
I was really looking forward to this episode and it’s just great, I’m already a fan of Emma d’Arcy en Rhaenyra. pic.twitter.com/muzc7nTNBH

The 10-year leap has been ultra-profitable, with the series moving at top speed; And the adult cast of Renira and Alicent is simply flawless #Dragon’s house

#HouseOfTheDragon offers a master class a week. In the center are interesting political intrigues.
Emma D’Arcy and Olivia Cooke are excellent as Rhaenyra and Alicent.
