The third part already has a release date… And a long-awaited cameo!
Of course, the great news has been said by networks, very much in the style of the actor. Ryan Reynolds has published a video of the most unexpected, as a teaser from the third part of Deadpool. In it there has been space for two news: on the side, the release date. The Merc with a Mouth, will return, now as part of the UCM, the September 6, 2024.
The date has been a detail next to the other. Undoubtedly the most surprising thing has been the high possibility that Hugh Jackman resume your role as Wolverine, to which the Australian actor answers yes in the video. You can see it below.
Will it be true or not? Perhaps the claw of the mutant’s claw on the character’s logo at the end of the clip offers that possibility. If so, it would be a most anticipated moment in the X-Men movies, and now in the MCU. Let’s remember that since the first film, Reynolds has thrown little punches at the character of Jackman.
To this is added the fact that both have hesitated for beautiful networks during these years. Always with love, of course, but it was a relationship that would clearly have to culminate in seeing them together on the big screen.
From what was known at first, the third part was going to be a buddy-movie in which the two characters embark on a road trip, forcing each other to collaborate in order to survive. So it seems now Kevin Feige has taken up the project and the film is already under the umbrella of the MCU.
This would mean a reunion between Reynolds and Jackman 15 years after the movie ‘X-Men Origins Wolverine’premiered in 2009.
Five years ago Jackman abandoned the character with the last chapter of the saga of Wolverine ‘Logan’, a point and end for his character.
Shawn Levy will be in charge of directing the film. ‘Deadpool 3’ will have a script signed by Rhett Reese Y Paul Wernickresponsible for the two previous installments of Deadpool, produced by Fox. We know little about Jackman’s career in recent years. The actor has lavished very little in this lustrum. He appeared in ‘The Great Showman’, ‘The Candidate’ and has presented ‘The Son’ in Venice, together with Laura Dern and directed by Florian Zeller. As for Reynolds, he has had a more commercial career: from ‘The Other Bodyguard 2’, or ‘Free Guy’ or even great Netflix titles like ‘Red Alert’ or ‘The Adam Project’.
