Mercado Pago has announced its debut as an investment fund, in partnership with Órama Investimentos, with the aim of expanding its financial products.
This Monday (12), Mercado Pago announced its debut as an investment fund, in partnership with Órama Investimentos, an online securities distributor who will be responsible for managing the portfolios.

The fintech of Free market aims to expand its product offering to its nearly 35 million active users in Brazil while strengthening its relationship with Órama. In September, the companies launched an investment in CBD.
There will be three investment funds that will allow contributions of R $ 1.00, check:
- Fixed income, with a management fee of 0.5%;
- Multi-market, with a rate of 1% + 20% of the value exceeding the CDI;
- Equities, with a rate of 2% + 20% over the CDI exceedance.
- There will be three funds, one fixed income (0.5% management fee), one multi-market (1%, + 20% of what exceeds the CDI) and the last one equities (2% + 20% of what exceeds the CDI the CDI). All allow contributions from a royal.
The novelty complements other brand products, such as: Reservations, a free feature that allows customers to manage their finances; cryptocurrencies, where the customer can invest in cryptocurrencies directly through the Mercado Pago app; and the bank certificate of deposit (CDB), in which the customer lends money to the fintech and receives it with interest, all through the Mercado Pago account.
