Corinthians trains for the first time in CT with a new shirt and reinforcements


The team reappeared this Tuesday and continued training for the 2023 season

With just two reinforcements and a new shirt, Corinthians held their first training session this Tuesday, aiming for the 2023 season. Fernando Lazarus as manager, the San Paolo team has so far signed the winger Matthew Biduformer Cruzeiro and Guarani, and striker Romeroan old acquaintance of Corinthians fans.

The cast, however, has undergone a makeover. Corinthians have already confirmed the departure of six players: defenders Raul Gustavo and Robert Renan, full-back Lucas Piton, midfielders Ramiro, Du Queiroz and Mateus Vital.

Other players returning from loan will not be used either. Corinthians, however, guarantee that they have not concluded the cycle of engagements and should strengthen the team, mainly for the Copa Libertadores da América.

Wearing a total black uniform, the athletes started the day with activation in the gym and then took to the field to warm up. In pitch 4, coach Fernando Lázaro organized the work of ball possession and pressure marking in a small space. After work, the players stretched on the lawn and strength-trained at the gym.

Corinthians will return to training this Wednesday in two periods at the Joaquim Grava Training Center.
