Starring two big names in the romantic comedy, ‘Na Sua Casa ou na Minha?’ also got a premiere date; check details
This Thursday, the 12th, the Netflix gifted romantic comedy fans with the brand new trailer for At Your House or Mine?. starring Ashton Kutcher and Reese Witherspoonthe film chronicles the enduring friendship between two people who eventually discover completely new feelings.
In the plot, it all starts when peter and debbie they meet on a random night — and end up having a one-off affair. From the meeting, a friendship that has lasted 20 years is born. And it is in front of this relationship that the narrative of the film unfolds, when peter have an unusual idea.
Turns out, in Los Angeles, debbie lives a quiet and busy life as a single mother. Meanwhile, miles away, peter has romance-filled adventures in New York as a bachelor living alone. So, in the best style of success Love Doesn’t Take A Vacation (2006), the two friends decide to change places, so that debbie can have new experiences.
Everything changes when eventually, while babysitting her best friend’s child, peter ends up discovering that his feelings for debbie are much deeper than he imagined. The problem is that, in New York, the character of reese ends up getting involved with an interesting man (Jesse Williams), making the curious situation in which peter is found.
“Over the years, with every romantic comedy I thought about doing, I always asked if Reese was available,” he revealed. Kutcheraccording to Rolling Stone USA. “I’ve wanted to work with her my entire career. And so when I was approached about this movie, I immediately said, yes.”
With unprecedented direction from Aline Brosh McKenncelebrity screenwriter devil wears prada and Dressed to Marry, At Your House or Mine? brings together two big names in romantic comedy in a plot full of twists.
