Renowned actor and nominee oscars in Best Actor, Bradley Cooper faced a great career challenge when he accepted the role of maestro Leonard Bernstein — and appeared unrecognizable in official biopic photos.

While moderating the round table of the Focus Features for tarstandout film in the awards season of hollywoodwith the film’s director, Todd Fieldand the actresses Kate Blanchett and Nina Hosscommented that it was scary to play a conductor.

It is worth remembering how, in tar, Blanchett plays the conductor Lydia Tar. In the conversation, Cooper praised the actress’s performance in the film and the work of fieldin addition to revealing the difficulties of being in the shoes of an orchestra conductor.

“Having worked on a project in the same world [como Tár]the level of respect I have for that world and that podium, it’s the most terrifying thing I’ve experienced,” said the actor and director of A Star Is Born (2018) at the round table.
