Singer spent 8 days hospitalized in Rio de Janeiro with bacterial pneumonia, but should resume his schedule later this month
Herbert Vianna was discharged this Wednesday (5), after being hospitalized at the end of June. The singer spent 8 days in the hospital Copa D’Orin the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro, with bacterial pneumonia.
According to gshowVianna would have responded well to the treatment and would be ready to resume his professional commitments, including two concerts scheduled for the next 10 days, still in July, the 14th at Guaíra Theaterin Curitiba, and on the 15th at winter’s festival, in Rio de Janeiro. Two presentations at the Piauí Popin Tersina, and in Arena Music Festivalin Juiz de Fora, had to be cancelled.
In a note published on June 29th, the hospital gave details about the recovery of the Os Paralamas do Sucesso frontman:
“Mr. Herbert Vianna was hospitalized yesterday at Hospital Copa D’Or with bacterial pneumonia, and intravenous antibiotic therapy, respiratory physiotherapy and oxygen therapy support were promptly started. He is responding adequately to the proposed treatment, being lucid and breathing by his own means”.
