“Madonna regrets the inconvenience to fans and looks forward to compensating these markets in the future,” Live Nation said in a statement.
Those who purchased tickets for the shows that were already planned will be able to use them on the new dates. However, some shows had to be officially canceled, namely: July 27th in Tulsa, December 22nd in Nashville, January 15th in San Francisco, January 18th in Las Vegas and January 20th in Phoenix, these will have their tickets refunded for the company.
The tour officially kicks off with four sold-out shows in London in October, followed by shows in Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. December in Brooklyn at the Barclays Center.
