Post-credits scenes have become a true classic of contemporary cinema. Blue Beetleit features two post-credits scenes in all. If you care about spoilers, that’s all you need to know before watching the movie. But if you don’t care about finding out what happens in the extra passages of the feature (or have already watched it), the next paragraphs detail a little of what happens when the movie theater lights start to come on.
The post-credits scenes
The first post-credits scene of Blue Beetle it’s a little more consistent. The second is just a joke that honors one of the most celebrated characters on Brazilian TV – even though he is Mexican.
According to the journalist Thiago Cardim (via Igor Miranda website), the film’s “mid-credits” scene returns to Ted Kord’s old base, unlocked by Jenny Kord (character of Bruna Marquezine). There are the first superhero uniforms. A message begins to play and it is about Ted himself – his voice is not identified, but his face appears on the computer screen – saying he is alive.
