Last week Metallica released the live track of Too far?registered in MetLife StadiumIn New Jersey (United States) in August 6 this year. The single, now available on digital platforms via Universal musicit is an integral part of the tour M72.
The song was performed for approx. 80 thousand fans during the second day of the tour’s opening weekend at North America. Praised by the publication OC Register for its “booming melody”, the track quickly became a highlight ladder of the band.
The original studio version of Too far? was reimagined as a music video directed by Coan “Buddy” Nichols (The Original Skateboarder, The Body Corporate, Deathbowl to Downtown, Love Letters to Skateboarding). Through the lens of Nicholsthe single becomes the soundtrack to the images of Metallicawhich were interspersed with action footage of the professional skateboarder Philip Nunes.
The physical versions of the band’s latest album, 72 seasonsare available in Brazil through UMusic Store, the e-commerce of Universal music.
