Whether to protect their identity, or add a terrifying touch to their personalities, this accessory ends up becoming a symbol of the films and franchises they are part of. Thinking about this the Collider cast the most iconic of masked killers. See below:
Leslie Vernon

Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon(2006), is a film that pays homage to the slasher subgenre. With a mockumentary feel, the film follows a team of filmmakers recording the steps of a serial killer who is inspired by his favorite characters from horror films to commit his crimes.

In Hush: Death Listens (2016) we know the story of writer Maddie Toung, a deaf woman who becomes terrorized by a ruthless killer. His white mask may seem simple at first glance, but it succeeds in instilling fear in the protagonist — and in the spectators.
