The decision would have been made by the artist herself – even though she knew that the action could boost sales of the book
Britney Spears is about to tell the truth of her own story in her new memoir The Woman In Me, which will be released on October 24th in the United States. However, the Pop princess will not go on a press tour to promote the book.
As determined by TMZthe decision came from the singer herself, even though she knew that something like that could boost sales of the material – silencing rumors that Spears would be on famous TV shows Oprah Winfrey or Jimmy Fallon.
The only vehicle that received a statement from the artist was the magazine People, who also anticipated excerpts of the work. However, all the magazine’s questions were answered by email, without the possibility of objections from journalists.
