Since Friday morning, fans have formed a huge queue in front of the stadium, where they have remained in the rain, cold and wind. Traffic has become complicated and the region’s residents’ association has complained that entrances to homes, businesses and even a health unit have been blocked.
The American singer took to the stage promptly at 7.30pm this Friday 24th. She will also perform in Sao Paulo on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th.
