Above all, celebrating the present, today. A very special moment in our rich and successful career. After 40 years of success and lows, 80 countries visited from different cultures, with different political and religious views, bringing Brazilian colors and rhythms to the world, showing a more realistic and less caricatured, heavier and more aggressive Brazil. After launching Quadra, one of the best albums of our history. Surviving an undesirable and crazy pandemic thanks to SepulQuarta, a wonderful experience that became an album and that kept us united and strong to move forward. After the changes and learning, we will stop.”
And they continue: “The 40th anniversary tour is being recorded and will become a live album of 40 songs recorded in 40 different cities at a time when we have the most energy on stage. Total union and connection. We are happy and very grateful for everything what has happened in our history, we have made great albums and concerts, we have cultivated friendships, we have met our idols, we have contributed to putting Brazilian metal on the world map and, now, we leave the scenes with the feeling of duty accomplished. We have the best fans in the world, who support us, who support you with praise and criticism, who are demanding and intelligent, who evolve together with the band, who are always loyal and truly love Sepultura. Without you none of it this would be possible. This album and this tour are for SepulNation, we love you! Euthanasia, the right to a dignified death. The right to choose to be free when you are born and when you die!”
Sepultura are one of the most relevant bands in our country, they have become a point of reference and have brought our music to the four corners of the world. It is very symbolic that we are with them in such an important chapter of this journey,” he says. Pepeu CorreaCEO of 30e.
