Singer Maite Perroni confirmed the dismissal of entrepreneur Guillermo Rosas. He had been removed from RBD after rumors of deviations related to the company’s revenues Rebel Soy Tour.
“We started a cycle with him, we shared with him the beginning of this whole tour, some concerts, and then we continued”he told the Mexican press. “Right now, we can’t make any kind of statement that would make such a (diversion) statement, we’re just administratively closing the tour and then we can have more clarity on things. He’s no longer part of the team.”He said.
For the realization of the tour a partnership was created between the members of the group and the manager. “No one took Rosas’ place. In reality we were a company, only the company has changed. Instead of six we are still five”he concluded.
In November the gross revenue of RBD has surpassed the value of 71 million dollars, surpassing names such as Coldplay AND Rose.
