The rapper Killer Mike was escorted out of the Grammy wearing handcuffs, last Sunday, 4. According to the TMZ, he was detained after a “physical altercation” with a security guard at the event, who reportedly didn’t get out of his way quickly. The musician was charged with a misdemeanor and released four and a half hours later.
Mike received the award for Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance for “Scientists & Engineers”, and Best Rap Album for Michael (2023) (via Variety). He added the achievement in the album title on streaming platforms:
