The meeting of the four singers took place through an advertisement on the internet looking for new female talents
From an Internet ad looking for singers and songwriters, cis or trans and non-binary people, singer and songwriter Angélica Duarte came across four talents of the new generation: Bibi Bog, NATASHA, AnarkoTrans and Jessica Assis. And she produced the EP “deuZONAS-Vozes Fiores”.
Seeking visibility for women and dissident bodies in music, the EP brought together the four artists presenting their perspectives, from love between women in lo-fi to samba, from rap to indie folk.

Bibi Bog composed her first song at the age of fourteen, the same time she first fell in love with a girl. This visceral relationship between passion and art is reflected in the lo-fi “Emotionada”, which represents love between women.
Born in Lapa, NATASHA is influenced by choro and samba and her song “Samba sem Amor”, selected for the EP, addresses the difficulties of experiencing mutual love when you are a non-standard person.
AnarkoTrans is the artistic personality of Rafaela Lincoln, a black transvestite woman who uses her art as a form of political expression. Her song “Farpa Feminina” tries to show a different perspective of the neighborhood divas, highlighting the resistance and fight against machismo.
Jessica Assis has folk, indie and new MPB influences. In the song “Vim Sozinha”, the composer talks about self-knowledge and the courage to follow new paths.
“My desire was to test myself by producing different songs and get in touch with new voices, new sounds,” says producer and curator Angélica Duarte. “With this I created a public call to give opportunities to new talents, favoring artists who had never had the opportunity to publish a phonogram. During a short recording period I had enough responses and selected four different genres to produce.”
