Ivete Sangalo and Ludmilla cancel tours due to problems with the producer

The singer said she had to cancel the celebratory megatour due to a lack of “necessary conditions” from the producer responsible

Ivete Sangalo and Ludmilla announced this Wednesday (15/5) that they would cancel their commemorative tours, in which they would tour the country to celebrate their musical careers. In the notes, the singers hold the producer 30e responsible for the lack of “necessary conditions” for the performances to take place safely.

“The main motivation for creating the ‘A Festa’ tour was the singer’s desire to share the celebration of her 30-year career in style with audiences from every corner of the country, strengthening the bond and commitment she has built over the years three decades with its fans,” explained the Veveta team on Instagram.

“But the implementation of a project of this magnitude requires the mobilization of a complex structure, which would only be vital if there was an adequate level of planning and organisation, which guaranteed, with the necessary advance notice, all the conditions promised, foreseen and agreed in the contract. Ivete Sangalo feels the affection of her fans and is very grateful for it and hopes to be able to perform soon in these cities that have always welcomed her with so much affection”, adds the note.

Ludmilla’s team reiterates that the cancellation of the tour occurred “for reasons beyond their control” and that “the decision was taken due to the failure of the responsible producer to respect the conditions established in the pre-contract for the feasibility of the planned shows in the following months.”

Fans who have already purchased tickets for the Ivete Sangalo and Ludmilla commemorative megatours will be able to request a refund of the sums paid through the Eventim company, with no date set yet.

Producer 30e has not commented on the tour’s cancellation.
