Lily Allen recalls when she had diarrhea during a show: ‘Disaster’

The singer shared details about the situation she was experiencing in Canada

Lily Allen recalled an embarrassing moment when he had an intestinal emergency on stage. During an episode of the podcast BBC Miss Me?presented by Allen It is Miquita Oliverthe singer said: “I had diarrhea once when I was on stage. It was a disaster” (via People).

The situation occurred at a performance in Canada. “I remember I kind of managed to hold it in, I knew my stomach was iffy, so I didn’t eat that afternoon,” she explained. “But during the show, I would obviously be drinking, so when I had to leave for the encore, I was desperate to go to the bathroom.”

Allen He left the stage and stated that he ran to the bathroom: “I sat on the toilet, the sky opened.”

“I just remember sitting on the toilet thinking, ‘Oh, my God. This isn’t stopping,’ and then suddenly hearing the audience screaming, ‘Lily! Lily! Lily!'” he continued.

“Eventually the diarrhea stopped, and the cries of ‘Lily! Lily! Lily!’ they kind of died, and I started to panic, thinking, ‘Oh, my God. People are going to leave. They’re thinking I’m not going to come back for the encore.’ I said, ‘I’m really sorry. I had diarrhea.'”

“They thought it was hilarious,” he added. Allen.
