This Thursday (20th), it was announced that K-pop girl group BLACKPINK’s concert to celebrate their 8th anniversary will be shown on cinema screens around the world.
The film distributed by Trafalgar Releasing and CJ 4DPLEX will celebrate the highest-grossing tour by an Asian female artist and group in history across a variety of formats including ScreenX, 4DX and ULTRA 4DX.
The film directed by Yoondong Oh and Geun Min will chronicle the world tour that played to 1.8 million fans worldwide in support of BLACKPINK’s 2022 second album, BORN PINK. The film will premiere in more than 110 countries, which, according to a statement, will make it the biggest global movie event release ever by a girl group.

It is worth mentioning that the show BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] IN THE CINEMAS debuts July 31st.
Tickets for the film will go on sale from 11am on June 27, while in South Korea tickets will go on sale from July 17.
BLACKPINK’s Lisa signs a contract with Sony Music
The famous singer, dancer and rap singer Lisa, member of Girl gang Korean BLACKPINK, together with LLOUD CO., announced his new contract with Sony Music Entertainment. According to the new agreement, the pop star will release her new solo song and you will have Full ownership of all your recordings. He will belong to the cast of RCA records.

Lisa is a member of the k-pop group BLACKPINK, one of the most popular of this century. She has already broken several global records as a solo artist since the release of her EP Lalisa in 2021, when it became the first female artist to sell nearly 750,000 copies in her first week in South Korea.
With singles Lalilsa AND Moneythe singer reached the TOP 10 on the global map Billboard 200Furthermore breaking three world records in the Guinness Book in 2023 as the K-pop artist with the most followers on Instagramwhich it currently represents 102 million fans.
In addition to music, Lisa will be the protagonist of the next season of the hit series HBO, The White Lotusthe third in the series, marking his big screen debut.
