Sid Wilsonof the Slipknotgave new details about the bonfire accident. In an interview with Fox News (via NME), he revealed how the healing process is going.

“My whole right arm is bandaged. My face is basically melted from the nose down,” he said. “But the swelling has gone down, and they say it’s amazing how the face is kind of healing itself. It happens really quickly, it seems to heal really quickly.”

I’ve seen better days, I guess, but I’m alive, so I’m okay.

What happened

Second Wilsonhe was burned by a bonfire on his farm in Iowa, in the United States, where he lives with his wife, Kelly Osbourneand their two-year-old son, Sidney.

“A few nights ago, I lit a fire and let it burn,” he revealed. “Then the next day I went to see how much was left. There was some leftovers, so I, like an idiot, did the wrong thing and put gasoline on it.”

The musician was rushed to hospital, where he posted a video on Instagram to reassure fans.

Wilson He assured that dealing with physical health is not the most complicated part: “The hardest part is feeling stupid for having done it.”
