The Court of Justice of Pernambuco (TJPE) has ordered the arrest of singer Gusttavo Lima. The decision was made during the investigation of Operation Integration, which is looking into an alleged money laundering scheme for which digital influencer Deolane Bezerra was also arrested. The court’s decision cites “collusion with fugitives.”
In support of the justification, the decision mentions that Gusttavo Lima “gave refuge to fugitives” and cites a trip the singer made with the couple investigated in Operation Integration, José André and Aislla, from Goiânia to Greece.
“On September 7, 2024, the plane registration PS-GSG returned to Brazil, after stopping in Kavala, Athens and the Canary Islands, landing on the morning of September 8 at the Santa Genoveva International Airport, in Goiânia. Interestingly, José André and Aislla were not on board, which strongly indicates that they chose to remain in Europe to avoid justice.”
On September 4, Operation Integration was launched, which led to the arrest of Deolane Bezerra and other suspects. On the same date, during the operation, the São Paulo Civil Police seized a plane belonging to a company owned by Gusttavo Lima, Balada Eventos e Produções. The plane, registered as PR-TEN, was recovered by police officers while it was undergoing maintenance at Jundiaí Airport, in the interior of São Paulo.
At the time, Balada Eventos e Produções’ lawyer, Cláudio Bessas, informed g1 that the aircraft had been sold through a sales contract, duly registered with the Brazilian Aeronautical Registry (RAB-Anac), to the company JMJ Participações.
