The rapper has been in prison since September 16 and his trial has been postponed until May 2025; More than 120 accusers allege they were abused by the music mogul
A new lawsuit claims it Sean “Diddy” Combs sexually abused a 10-year-old boy in 2005. The lawsuit was filed in New York by Houston’s Tony Buzbee, who detailed drug use and assault against the young man in a Manhattan hotel, according to the American portal Expirationin a note published on Monday 28th.
The lawyer, representing the Buzbee law firm, is also present in other legal actions against the music mogul. Diddy is the target of more than 120 sex crimes lawsuits filed against him, alleging rape and abuse since 1991. The wave of complaints came after the release of a video of him attacking his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, published by CNN in May 2024.
The document states that the boy, whose name was not released, had left Los Angeles with his parents to “make contacts” in the music industry, and that Combs had “asked the victim how much he wanted to be a star, and what he wanted “. I wanted it, I would do it to get it.”
Combs allegedly offered the boy a “spiked” soda, then raped and threatened him and his family into not saying anything about the crime.
Another lawsuit filed by Buzbee’s law firm alleges that Combs raped a contestant on the show Being a Bandin 2008, who was 17 years old at the time.
These aren’t the first child abuse allegations to be made against the rapper. Arrested since September 16, he was accused of raping a 13-year-old girl, among other cases brought against him in mid-October. Find out more about Sean Combs’ latest allegations Here.
