The former One Direction singer died after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Argentina
The body of Liam Paynethe British singer and former One Direction member, who died at the age of 31 on October 16, will have his body embalmed and then shipped to London, UK. The information was published by the Argentine newspaper The Nation this Saturday, 2.
The singer’s father, Geoff Payne, authorized the movement of the body to the British cemetery, in the Chacarita neighborhood, in Buenos Aires, where it will be embalmed: the process will last up to two days. The documentation for the international transfer would already be in order.
Liam Payne died on October 16, 2024 after suffering a fall at the hotel where he was staying in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Toxicology tests indicated the presence of some drugs in his system. He reportedly suffered around 25 injuries from the fall, which resulted in his death.
