Singer made a slight change in writing with the aim of making reference to the band she became part of in September
Emily Armstrong is really happy with his new phase with LinkinPark. The singer, who made her entry official last September, even promoted a change to a tattoo to honor the band.
Through Instagram Stories, the American showed the writing “In the end” (“At the end”) written on his left arm. This is a reference to the group’s song of the same name, released on the album Hybrid Theory (2000) and consolidated as one of the biggest hits of his career.
Before, the tattoo just said “The end” (“The end”), without a clear mention. It could be a quote from the song of the same name by Beatles or just a sign of what appears at the end of many films and TV shows.
See below.

The change did not go unnoticed on social media. Through the X/Twittera fan even commented, showing “before and after” photos: “Emily added ‘in’ to her ‘the end’ tattoo AND NOW SHE HAS A LINKIN PARK TATTOO. Just one word changes a lot”. The publication received more than 3 thousand likes.

Emily Armstrong and the challenge of joining Linkin Park
In interviews, Emily Armstrong has been respectful and cautious about her new job. His entry into Linkin Park occurs due to the death of Chester Benningtonvocalist who left us in 2017.
When recording for the band’s official podcast (via Igor Miranda website), the artist admitted to having felt fear in the initial moments of the partnership. She, who was part of a much less known group called Dead Sarahe began to panic when he realized the size of his responsibility.
“It’s such a big change that there was a moment when I thought ‘oh my God’. Fear comes with all good things too. When a change like this happens, you need to look at all aspects. […] You think, ‘My identity is going to change. Are you ready for this, Emily? Are you doing the right thing? Do you want to be that person? Are you capable of filling this role? Can you be that person?’. Fear is like the little devil on your shoulder saying: ‘don’t do this, don’t grow as an artist’. And what I learned is that you have to do the opposite of what that fear tells you.”

Shows in Brazil
After two sold-out shows at Allianz Parque, in São Paulo, last November, Linkin Park returns to Brazil in the same month, but in 2025, for four performances. They play in Rio de Janeiro (08/11/2025), São Paulo (10/11/2025), Brasília (13/11/2025) and Porto Alegre (15/11/2025), in locations to be announced. Ticket sales have not yet started.
