RBD Singer talks about limits, connections and expectations for its passage through the Brazilian carnival.
According to Popline, Christian Chavez, a member of the iconic RBD group, is in Brazil to enjoy the carnival and be present at the parade of the School of Grande Rio Samba.
In a recent interview with the “Venus” podcast, the Mexican singer revealed that, despite being open to new experiences, she prefers not to be romantically involved with fans.
“I don’t like having sex with fans. For me, it must be a respectful relationship. I feel that I would take advantage of the situation,” he said.
Although in the past he was connected to the admirers, the singer explains that his vision has changed over the years. “It happened, yes, both in Brazil and in Mexico, but when I discover that the person is a fan, everything is very strange,” he said. For him, the connection is fundamental and goes beyond fame: “I am very much to feel the energy. We learn to differentiate who can only be a stand and who can have something more special”.
Despite the restriction that imposes on yourself, Chavez does not completely exclude new experiences: “I am always open to proposals. The new proposals are always welcome,” he joked, keeping the tone relaxed during the conversation.

During his period in Brazil, Christian Chavez will be one of the highlights of the parade of the great Rio Samba School, in Sapucí, Rio de Janeiro. Enthusiastic about the party, commented the climate of freedom that marks the celebration:
“Everyone says that everyone kisses everyone in the carnival, but in the parade they have respect. You can’t have sex in the float!”
With the program full of appointments, he recognizes that he may not be able to enjoy what he would do. “My priority is to feel good for the parade and enjoy this experience in the best way. Maybe you can relax a little more?”
After Carnival, Christian Chavez met with his admirers in Brazil. He will hold two exclusive meeting events: one in Rio de Janeiro, on March 7, and another to Sao Paulo, the 9 in these events, as well as autographs and photos, the singer will answer the fans’ questions and will present unpublished songs of his solo career.
