Musicifier Pesch talks to RS about a show in Brazil, tribute to Lemmy and memories with the Kissuma of the most celebrated artists of Heavy Metal comes to the eighth time for a unique presentation at the Bangers Open Air festival, at the beginning of Mayor

The relationship of Brazil with Doro Pesch It can only be described as loving – on both sides. The singer is reportedly in love with our lands and never loses a chance to praise the country and her fans.

She is even on her bags ready to visit us for the eighth time. “He is really great. He never holds himself, that’s what I appreciate the most, that he doesn’t think, ‘I’ll keep my energy for perhaps whatever the next night.’ He is always 110% dedicated. That’s how I always treat it and I love it.

The composition bond must be kept for your next album. The successor of CONQUESS – Forever Strong and Proud (2023) is planned to leave “Maybe next year”. Themselves explain:

“It will probably follow the same line as Conqueresss. I think it was a good mix between great hymns and fast songs, as well as some beautiful ballads. But I think the weight, soul and songs that refer to hymns, I love and love to touch them live. In fact, they translate very well into live performances. ”

Road friends

The lack of a new album in recent years does not mean that Pesch is still. Last February, the singer participated in a rewriting of “Winter Dreams”original from ACCEPTmade by Udo dirkschneidervocalist who still invited Biff Byford (Saxon), Michael Kiske (Helloween), Dee Snider (Twisted Sister) and several others for the rereading album Balls to the Wall Reloaded (2025).

Germans and longtime friends, Doro and Udo have worked together on other occasions, such as a cover of “Breaking the Law”from Judas Priest. The singer reflected on the importance of having friends working in the same industry and also recalled a situation of the beginning of the Warlockband that made her gain recognition in the 1980s metal scene.

“We lived the same lifestyle. And I was and I’m still a big fan of Accept. Udo told me that when I was on Warlock in the first year, I gave him a cassette tape because he had a producer, double Trouble, with Michael Wagener. He recently told me when we were recording this video [de ‘Winter Dreams’]. And he said, ‘Man, you were rocking at the time.’ It’s good to have such a deep and close friendship, especially when you are always on tour and you don’t have so many close friends because of the nature of the thing. ”

Pesch also nourished a friendship with the late Ronnie James Dio and Lemmy Kilmistercited even as your best friends. In common, the same description of the previous paragraph: they were “road brothers” and continued to perform until they left us, respectively in 2010 and 2015.

The affection for Kilmister is so great that Doro plans to release an album in honor of the singer and bassist of Motörhead. KISS Participation in Solo Album

In 1990, Doro Pesch released his second album, Dorowhich had the production of two members of the Kiss. Gene Simmonsvocalist and bassist, and Tommy Thayerin the future guitarist, are even credited by some of the songs at work.
