President of the United States reveals that he had a flute classes in childhood and claims that instructors praised him to his parents
Despite being standing up with carat artists from Bruce Springsteen, Joan Baez and Neil Young – and, notably, not give so much value to culture -, Donald Trump He said he could have become a … great musician.
The president of United States gave such a statement in the podcast Pod Force One (via Music Radar). According to his own, during his childhood he even had contact with a particular musical instrument.
He counts:
“I had a flute classes. Can you believe it? I could have been a flutist. But I didn’t like it very much, it wasn’t for me.”
Trump added that he did aptitude test as a child. The instructors used to praise him:
“My father and mother took me to a place, like a center of aptitude, to see what I would be good and what was my talent … very young, probably 11 or 12 years old. After a few days, they (instructors) came to my father and said, ‘Your son is brilliant in music, he would be an amazing musician.”
Donald Trump in music?
Based on this, the American agent claimed (without presenting real evidence) that he could have pursued a career in music, but that was not something that filled his father’s eyes.
Trump stated:
“It wasn’t the best news (for the father), you know. But I’ve been hearing for music … People like the music I put to play.”
Fan of Elton John
In the same interview, the president said his favorite music genre is country and praised Elton John as one of its favorite composers.
“I think Elton John is fantastic. I think he’s absolutely fantastic … but there are people who do music that I don’t think it’s talented.”
