More than 10 shows in Brazil are scheduled for the coming months, including newly confirmed tickets for Belo Horizonte, Curitiba and Salvador
Cryle announced new dates of the tour Cryle 50that celebrates its 50 years of life. The promise is from a show that mixes rap with genres that have always been its references, such as samba, MPB, reggae and others, valuing the classics of Brazilian music.
Now, the audience of Belo Horizonte (October 11 – Palace of Arts), Curitiba (October 19 – Wire Opera) and Savior (November 1 – Acoustic Shell) can check out the artist on stage, in addition to other cities already announced previously (see full schedule at the end of this page). Going through all your albums, as Node in the ear (2011) and CALL YOUR BUDA (2014), the artist keeps hip hop as the backbone of his performance, but also ventures into rhythms like Trap, Grim, Drill, Afrobeat and, especially, samba-as in Illusion spiral (2017).
The show also has unprecedented audiovisual content, signed by Bernardo Perpettu. The material crosses symbols, icons and stories part of Criolo’s career.
Cryle 50 is also the artist’s first project under the management of his new office, the result of the partnership between Birth Music (led by Augusto Nascimentowith artists like Milton Nascimento and Samuel Rosa) and Bonus track (with Luiz Oscar Niemeyer and Luiz Guilherme Niemeyer Ahead), producer behind major events such as Lady Gaga’s recent show on Copacabana Beach.
