English Gothic icon participated in a show of the young American singer last Sunday, 29, playing “Friday I’m in Love” and “Just like Heaven”
Olivia Rodrigo invited Robert Smith For a surprise appearance during her Glastonbury festival show on Sunday night, 29. The duo joined a duet led by hits guitars “Friday I’m in love” and “Just like Heaven”both from The Cure.
Rodrigo presented Smith saying: “He is perhaps the best composer of England. He is a Glastonbury legend and a personal hero for me”. See below.

Sunday night marked the first time Rodrigo was the main attraction of the Pyramid stage in Glastonbury. According to Variety, she told the audience:
“P#ta m#rda, it’s the most people I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s a dream that has come true. I really can’t believe this is my life now.”
Last week, Rodrigo joined Ed Sheeran for a presentation of “The A Team” During a show with sold out at Hyde Park in London. “I want to present one of my favorite British and one of the best composers of all time”Rodrigo said before introducing Sheeran. With the two singers playing guitars, the duo exchanged verses of the 2011 hit and Single of Premiere of Sheeran, which Rodrigo said on social networks being “Literally one of my favorite songs of all time”.
She also made a hit of the hit “I Love You”from Fontaines DCin Dublin, as part of his presentation at Marlay Park. To the public, she said:
“Lately, I’ve been obsessed with this band, Fontaines DC I’ve been playing this song alone in my room for fun and I was wondering if it would be cool if I played it for you.”

Olivia Rodrigo’s tour continues in Manchester this Monday, 30, and Tuesday, 1st, before she went to Europe for a series of shows and appearances at festivals.
