Huge success of Brazilian cinema, Man with h portrays the life of Ney Matogrosso. The film directed and scripted by Smir Filhoproduced by Paris Movies and starring Jesuit Barbosa attracted thousands of fans to theaters and a large audience to streaming, as it is available in Netflix.
Despite its expansive artistic vein, Ney is discreetly personal. Therefore, to agree to expose his own trajectory in a feature film, the artist would need to be convinced that it was a serious project.
In an interview with Rolling Stone Brazil Before your participation in the show-regute Viva Cazuzathe icon of Brazilian music revealed what was its only condition for Man with h come true. For him, it was mandatory that the story told was whole real.
“This is a movie done, although my only condition for the thing to happen was that it was only true. So all that is there is true, about the Cazuza and about all people. ”
Matogross, however, clarifies that this is the truth from his point of view. The comment was made with the objective of showing that the personality of the deceased singer in 1990 was far beyond the one presented by other people and the media in general.
“[Aquele] It’s my point of view about Cazuza, because from my point of view Cazuza was not just that inconsequential, crazy, thrown. No. I met another, it was exactly for the other that I was interested – that I was charming, highly dangerous, you know? I had to be careful. And I didn’t take it and entered. It was all great. It was all very good. ”

Ney Matogrosso in Tribute to Cazuza
Ney Matogrosso was one of the guests of the show Viva Cazuza, last Friday, 11. Held by Circus Voador in partnership with Rolling Stone Brasil, the event brought the singer to play the songs “Poem”, “Ballad of the Crazy” (Mutant) and “Pro Dia Born Feliz” (Red baron).
