Music Kessler, from Interpol, announces a new album with the Big Noble project

With cinematic influences and weight collaborations, album It’s Later Than You Think arrives in August with the unpublished ‘All The Marbles’

While the Interpol follows his trajectory as one of the pillars of Indie Rock New York, the guitarist Daniel Kessler Resumes your parallel project Big Noblein partnership with the sound designer Joseph Fraioli. Ten years after the debut album First Lightthe duo is back with the album It’s later than you thinkwhich will be released exclusively in the Bandcamp on August 15th.

The preview of this new phase comes with “All the Marbles”range that mixes intensity and atmosphere accurately. Recorded at a distance, Kessler between Barcelona and New York and Fraioli In Los Angeles, the single brings more structured elements than the first album, which was mostly improvised. “This is an album more oriented by songs,” he said Kessler In an interview with NME.

It has a movement, something cinematic, as if it were a soundtrack for your own life while walking down the street or watches the world of a coffee.

This sense of movement also translates into the music video “All the Marbles”directed by Atiba Jefferson and Ty Evansknown for their work with Turnstile, Tyler, The Creator and Dinosaur Jr. The video has the participation of the professional skateboarder Cody Chapmancrossing urban landscapes in tune with the dense sounds of the track.

The art of the cover of the new album is signed by Shepard Faireygraphic design icon known by the poster Hope of Barack Obama and the project Obey. Among the extra content that accompanies the launch, are remixes of the main track made by ADEBIMPIME TUNDE (TV on the radio) and Wilder Zoby.
