Claude Debussy was a French musician and composer, responsible for creating what would become one of the most revolutionary genres of his time, impressionism. Born in 1862on the outskirts of Parishis family was simple and had no musical training, but fate had prepared everything for him.
To the 7 yearstogether with his brothers and his mother, the young man moved to the home of an aunt who, being more educated and with better economic conditions, could pay for her first piano lessons. After a year of silence, the musician returned to compose and in 1917 he presented his latest opera to the world, the Violin Sonata And Floor L 140which would become Debussy’s last public performance before he died in his bed in 1918 during the bombing of Paris made by Germany in March of that year.
