The Festival would have celebrated the history of black music in Brazil
The second edition of Chic Show Festivalwhich would take place on 6 December at the Free Market Arena Pacaembu, in San Paolo, was canceled from production on Monday 29.
The attraction, which celebrates the “history of black music in Brazil”, would have singers like Jorge Ben Jor, Development arrested, Hand brown AND Luedji Luna. It has been canceled through an official declaration for “Forza Majeure reasons”.
The value of the tickets, which varied from R $ 180 to R $ 420, will be completely returned to buyers, via Ticketmaster, the platform used in the purchase.
Despite the cancellation, the organization promises that the festival will occur again next year. “We all thank for their understanding and affection. Soon we will bring special news to the 2026 festival, which promises to score our history even more”, adds the declaration.

The first edition, which took place in 2024, presented presentations of artists such as CRIOLO and Mrs. Lauryn Hill. It was held in Allianz Parque, also in San Paolo.
