The event takes place on June 13th and marks the 23rd edition, with the promise of more than 14 hours of shows and celebration of Brazilian music

THE John Rockone of the largest and most traditional music festivals in the country, already has a date set for its 23rd edition: Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the Permanent Exhibition Park of Ribeirão Preto (SP). Known for bringing together generations of artists and fans around national music, the event promises to repeat the atmosphere of celebration and diversity that made it a reference in the Brazilian cultural calendar.

In 2025, around 60 thousand people watched more than 40 attractions over 14 hours of music. The mix of rhythms, styles and audiences — from rock to rap, from pop to MPB — consolidated João Rock as one of the most vibrant spaces in contemporary Brazilianism.

“João Rock is a space for meetings and connections that only music provides. It is a joy to announce another edition and continue strengthening this movement”, he stated Luit Marquesone of the organizers.

In addition to celebrating the national sound, the festival will continue to focus on a curation that brings together established names and new voices. Second Marcelo Roccialso an organizer, this balance is one of the pillars of the event: “We revere the classics and strengthen new talents, always with the energy that the public knows and expects. 2026 will be no different: it will be another historic year.”

The next edition promises four themed stages, an expanded structure and a lineup that has not yet been announced.
