“Today I can confidently say that years may pass, time may pass, but you can be sure of one thing, my son: I, your mother, will never forget you. I miss you, Kevin Nascimento Bueno,” wrote Dona Val, as the MC’s mother is known on social media.

MC Kevin died in May 2021, after falling from the fifth floor of a hotel in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro. Forensic examinations indicated the cause of death to be head trauma and subarachnoid hemorrhage, as well as multiple fractures and injuries resulting from the accident.
