Rock in Rio, one of the largest music festivals in the world, will host performances by artists who have recently started to be successful.
Rock in Rio will take place on 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10 and 11 September at the Olympic Park, in the west of Rio de Janeiro, and in this edition some recently exploded artists will perform for the first time.

Marina Sena
Singer Marina Sena became famous after the breakout of the hit “Por Supuesto” in 2021. She will take the festival stage as one of the guests of Luisa Sonza, who will perform on the Sunset Stage on September 4th. Marina, who is 25, has been working with music since she was 18, and this year she also wowed the Lollapalooza audience.
João Gomes
In addition to making his Rock in Rio debut, João Gomes will bring the piseiro to the September 4th event for the first time. The music genre won people over during the covid-19 pandemic, when the festival was suspended to avoid agglomerations. For the presentation, the singer promises a fully interactive show with audience participation.
The young Dionysus
Owners of the hit “Acorda Pedrinho”, the Curitiba band Jovem DionÃsio will stir the public on 10 September. The group is formed by Bernardo Pasquali, Bernardo ‘Ber Hey’, Gustavo Karam, Gabriel Dunajski Mendes, alias Mendã, and Rafael Dunajski Mendes, and emerged in 2019.
Bullet of wishes
The band Bala Desire distinguished itself during the covid-19 pandemic by doing themed live shows with singer Teresa Cristina. Formed by Dora Morelenbaum, Julia Mestre, Lucas Nuns and Zé Ibarra, they will perform on the Sunset Stage on 10 September.
Priscilla Alcantara
Singer Priscilla Alcântara will stir the audience twice at Rock in Rio. She will perform on 4 lei on the Sunset Stage in an appearance with Emicida, and on 11 August she will sing on the Supernova Stage, which gives space to artists who are starting to stand out even more in the musical environment.
Priscilla, among other things, gained even more importance when she participated in “The Masked Singer Brasil”, on TV Globo, being the champion of the first season of the program. Also, she currently directs “TVZ”, on Multishow.
