Ricky Martin sues nephew over sexual abuse allegations

The nephew’s accusation was filed in July of this year, and Ricky Martin seeks millionaire financial compensation

Ricky Martin sued the nephew, Dennis Yadiel Sanchez, on a “false” accusation of sexual abuse. According to the singer, the 21-year-old was trying to “murder his reputation and integrity.”

Furthermore, martin claims to have lost several million-dollar contracts due to the allegations and seeks financial compensation of $20 million. Ricky still claims that Dennis is a person “misfit,” in “disgusting” lawsuit, as lawyers mentioned in denying the alleged acts in July of this year.

The lawsuit alleged that the singer had a relationship with his sister’s 21-year-old son and that the boy was experiencing problems with his mental health. According to the website El Vocero, martin received a restraining order based on a domestic violence law. At the time, the complaint had been made anonymously.

The order stated that martin and the other party “had been in a relationship for seven months. They broke up two months ago, but martin did not accept the separation. He calls often.” Sanchezhowever, withdrew the complaint and, according to the singer, went on to try to extort him by messages promising to end his career.

Finally, Ricky accuses his nephew of exposing his phone number on the internet and creating an Instagram profile for one of his children.
