Lollapalooza Brasil 2023: Festival announces Korean group The Rose


Banda replaces Omar Apollo on the last day of the festival, which takes place between 24 and 26 March, at the Interlagos Circuit

For the first time, a Korean band will perform on stage at the Lollapalooza Brazil. The group The Rose it was announced as the festival’s newest attraction, replacing it Omar Apolloon March 26, joining the event’s soundtrack team, which also includes dragon, Billie Eilish, flash 182, tame Impala, Rosalia, WILLOW, Lil Nas X, Jane’s addictionamong others.

The Rose is a Korean pop rock band, consisting of Kim Woosung (voice, guitar), Dojoon Park (voice, keyboard), Lee Hajoon (battery) e Lee Jaehyeong (low). They debuted in 2017 with success sorry and were named one of “New K-Pop Artists to Watch” by Billboard.

The headliners of this edition are Billie Eilish and Lil Nas X (24), blink-182 and Tame Impala (25) and Drake and Rosalía (26). Among the Brazilian attractions, the highlights are Ludmilla, L7nnon, Filipe Ret, Pitty, Pedro Sampaio, Anavitória and Paralamas do Sucesso. Tickets can still be secured. Purchases can be made at festival website (for a fee) or at the official ticket office (for a fee) located at the Renault Theater.
