European tour should mark Panic’s last shows! at the disco
Brendon Urie announced the end of Panic! at the disco this Tuesday, the 24th. The band will honor commitments on the European tour scheduled for February and March of this year. The group’s likely last show should take place in Manchester, England.
“Well, it’s been a great journey… Growing up in [Las] Vegas, I couldn’t imagine where this life would take me. Many places around the world, all the friends we made along the way,” Urie wrote in a post on the band’s social media. “Sometimes a journey must end for a new one to begin.”

One of the reasons for the end of the band is the birth of the first daughter of Brendon: “We try to keep it a secret, although some of you may know… Sarah and I are going to have a baby very soon! Becoming the father while watching my wife become a mother is very exciting. I’m looking forward to this adventure.”
“With that said, I will close this chapter of my life to dedicate all my focus and energy to my family. Thank you all for your immense support over the years. I’ve tried to find a perfect way to say this, but I really can’t put into words what it means to me. us. Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or if you just found out, it was a pleasure not only to share the stage with so many talented people, but also to share our time with you,” he added.
Panic! at the disco was formed in 2004, with guitarist Ryan Ross and the drummer Spencer Smith. After lineup changes in the following projects, the band continued as a solo project by Urie since 2016, with the launch of Death of a Bachelor. In August 2022, they released what could be their last studio album, Viva Las Vengeance.
