Princess Leonor of Spain wore a tropical print Babbaki dress for a royal family dinner at Mia restaurant in Portixol, Palma on Saturday night.

The heir to the throne was joined by King Felipe VI, Queen Letizia, Queen Sofía, and Infanta Sofía as the Spanish royal family stepped out during their summer holiday in Mallorca.

Tropical print dress details

Princess Leonor selected the Grues dress from Spanish label Babbaki, priced at 119 euros on the brand website. The label is a recurring choice in the wardrobes of both Leonor and Queen Letizia for official royal events.

The halter neck dress features a fitted silhouette and a midi skirt with a flared hem. Made from 100 percent cotton voile, the fabric features a tropical print of flowers and flamingos created by hand using artisanal techniques. Babbaki also produces the design in a gingham check print with floral motifs.

Footwear and inherited accessories

Princess Leonor paired the dress with traditional navy blue espadrilles featuring ankle ribbons, a footwear style she wears regularly during summer visits to Mallorca. The shoes are made by Calzados Picón, a brand based in Murcia that specializes in handcrafted footwear.

The princess completed the look with a fuchsia wallet style handbag with a crinkled effect from Spanish designer Adolfo Domínguez. The accessory was inherited from Queen Letizia, creating a color contrast against the blue espadrilles and printed dress.

Royal wardrobe choices in Mallorca

Infanta Sofía also wore a printed dress for the dinner, matching her sister in patterned evening wear. Both sisters have repeatedly worn printed dresses throughout their stay on the island.

Princess Leonor previously wore printed designs during official appearances in Mallorca, including a reception at Marivent Palace and a private visit to the Esment Foundation in Palma.

Earlier in the week, Princess Leonor wore a two-tone dress on Friday and a tie-dye gown that highlighted her tan. Queen Letizia also showcased local craftsmanship during the trip, wearing a white dress alongside a handcrafted Galician handbag that takes one month to produce.
