Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich have relisted their beachfront Gold Coast apartment with a $3.75 million price guide after living there for four months.
The couple, who rose to fame on the reality dating show The Bachelor in 2013, snapped up the three-bedroom, three-bathroom property in 2021 for $2.5 million.
Situated on the fourth floor of the Mondrian complex at Burleigh Heads in Queensland, the open-plan home spans 183 square metres.
The layout features an expansive living and dining space overlooking Burleigh Beach, alongside a covered patio that looks out onto the building's pool and party deck.
Additional features of the flat include a butler's pantry and a primary bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.
Building amenities and rejected offers
Residents in the Mondrian block have access to VIP amenities, including a gym, spa, steam room, yoga garden and valet service.
The building also provides hotel-style room service, housekeeping and a private chauffeur available for airport drop-offs.
Sales agents have already knocked back an offer for the property in the low $3 millions, according to reporting by The Courier Mail.
The rejected bid follows the recent resale of another high-rise apartment inside the Mondrian complex for $7.1 million.
Reasons for moving back to Sydney
Speaking exclusively to the Daily Mail at Derby Day earlier this year, Robards discussed their decision to sell the flat after four months of living there.
Tim said: "Yes we are selling. We've got a few options, we could stay there, we could go back to Sydney, we'll see."
Tim added: "It's been hard living there with lack of family around, and we got a lot of work back in Sydney."
Asked whether they were permanently relocating, Robards said: "We are happy to go to Sydney for a little bit, but we will see what happens."
Before moving north, Heinrich explained that they purchased the off-plan unit around four years earlier and wanted to escape the southern winter.
Anna said: "We wanted a bit of a change. We don't know how long we'll be there. We're still going to keep our place here [in Sydney]."
Anna added: "So we will be back and forth a lot for work. We just thought it would be really nice to get away from Sydney winter for a little bit."
Background on the couple
Robards and Heinrich met and fell in love on the inaugural season of Australia's The Bachelor in 2013 before marrying in 2018.
The couple share two daughters, four-year-old Elle and one-year-old Ruby, and had called Sydney home prior to their interstate move.
