“If you include exercises for the abdominal muscles, for example, crunches and lower limbs – squats or their analogues, in the morning gymnastics complex, the long-awaited release of the intestine will eventually occur,” explains the Dr. Bubnovsky.

Morning exercises can be very quick and consist of only 3-5 exercises. The main thing is to give a load to the muscles that have “stagnant” during the night and feel constrained, preventing us from fully feeling our body.
