R&B duo Silk Sonic, featuring Bruno Mars and Anderson .Pack, debuted with a strong performance at the Billboard Music Awards “Love’s Train” during the 2022 ceremony on Sunday night.
The bright and well-lit stage duo performed the choreography along with their backing vocals on their debut track from the studio album. Afternoon with Silk Sonic.
Silk Sonic, the BBMA’s first finalist, will receive four awards, including Best Duo/Band, R&B Artist, Album and Song. Prior to the ceremony, the duo won Best R&B Song for the single “Leave the Door Open”.

The play will be followed by the duo’s big night at the Grammy Awards. At the April ceremony, the band won Best R&B Song and Best R&B Performance for “Leave the Door Open”.
They currently have a residency on Park MGM’s Dolby Live.
The 2022 Billboard Music Awards, hosted by Sean the Great Combs, will air live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on NBC and Peacock.
The ceremony is handled by MRC Live & Alternative, MRC Division, which co-owns hollywood reporter Through a joint venture with Penske Media called P-MRC.
