Oatmeal is a controversial breakfast option. It may be satisfying, but it can only whet the appetite and raise blood sugar. In order to benefit from oatmeal, you need to prepare it properly and combine it with these supplements.
Since childhood, we are used to considering porridge as a standard dish to start the day. Seeds and nuts
This additive seems to taste more familiar – and moreover, it perfectly coexists with berries and fruits if it is difficult for you to eat unsweetened porridge. Put everything you have at home in the oatmeal: sesame seeds, peanuts, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and all nuts. By the way, these ingredients also go well with cheese and spices to taste. The main thing is not to be afraid to try new things.
