Time Magazine named artists, politics, sports and activism among the most influential people of 2023
As happens every year, the magazine Team elected the 100 most influential people of 2023, divided into artistic, political, sports, activism, etc. names like Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (Brazilian President), Pedro Pascal (actor) and doja cat (singer) appear on the list released on the morning of this Thursday, 13.
These 100 names were divided into six topics: artists, icons, pioneers, leaders, titans and innovators. In addition, each person on the list received a profile of sorts, written by someone in the same milieu. For example, Al Gore wrote about Lula, defined as leader. “As president, he promised to strengthen Brazil’s position in the world – renewing the country’s commitment to democracy, justice and economic equity,” said the former vice president of the United States and founder of the Climate Reality Project.
But nowhere can it make a more significant impact than on the twin crises of climate and biodiversity.
